Barclays NYC headquarters at 745 7th Ave features a bold digital media facade integrated into its architecture. It serves as a major communication platform for Barclays, enabling them to signal their brand, and communicate their values to the millions of people passing through the heart of Times Square.

Barclays wanted visual expressions that stemmed directly from key aspects of their brand; from finance & business, to their vision of the future, sustainability, global citizenship, and of course, shining a light on their talented people.

We designed a palette of content that builds off of the brand and invites viewers to feel a sense of calm and steadiness. Pulling from historical visual contexts that share these attributes like mosaics, celestial motion, solar and prismatic lighting, the work conveys a sense of substantive assurance, steadfastness, and longevity when gazing at the headquarters building.

Agency | HUSH

Biotech and energy industries are challenged by siloed, unstructured data. Stellix brings connectivity, structure and production together to accelerate knowledge. We developed a design system based on an ever-present dynamic grid structure which supports experience by guiding the journey from scientific possibility to patient impact.

The design system guides the customer journey, informs digital storytelling and physical/material design. The design comes to life during key segments of the experience as a dynamic, animated digital interface containing a palette of storytelling content. As the guest goes deeper into the experience, the design system shifts to an environmental framework where customers contribute ideas and explore data and insights concerning industrial-scale production.

Reykjavík Art Museum

Brand Refresh

Agency | Karlssonwilker Inc.

Reykjavík Art Museum (RAM) is a leading art museum in Iceland, housed in three distinctive locations in central Reykjavík—Hafnarhús, Kjarvalsstaðir and Ásmundarsafn.

The original logomark by Karlssonwilker became an identifiable symbol to be used as an indicator and directive arrow, leading visitors to each of the museums.

While it was designed with a extruded profile, the logomark was never shown as a live object, only through pseudo-dimensional renders. In 2020, I helped create a system utilize the triangle as an object in space, expanding RAM's visual vocabulary with energetic animations and bolder colors.

I try to keep my art practice alive. It often manifests in generative explorations of new tools I find intriguing.
